About Greenfinches Properties

Greenfinches Group is a privately owned company established since 1975. Comprising of 4 Directors - Trevor and Gillian Drummond, Carly Lines and Natasha Drummond who collectively bring over 60 years experience to the property and lettings industry.

Greenfinches are members of the National Landlords Association and we are certified accredited Landlords.

Currently we have over 180 properties in Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and surrounding areas in our portfolio and being a privately owned company, there are no third party liaisons and business is conducted directly with our personnel.

As an expanding business, we are always looking to add to our property portfolio and currently just built 9 new luxury apartments, plus we are currently building 9 new 3 and 4 bed houses all of which are within 5 minutes reach of Ramsgate train station which offers a direct line to London, sea front and amenities.
